Responsibilities
- Develop and improve backend systems through greenfield development and enhancement of existing systems.
- Build and maintain systems supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing backend products using Java, PostgreSQL, and Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver maintainable business logic and products with customer impact.
Requirements
- Demonstrable backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or another science discipline.
- A track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly with an ambitious and results-driven approach.
