Responsibilities
- Develop native mobile applications for both iOS and Android.
- Build polished mobile UI experiences, including high-performance animations.
- Work on mobile SDKs, integrations, analytics, advertising, or attribution frameworks based on client projects.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and drive initiatives across client organizations.
- Guide technical and business teams in selecting appropriate technologies.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction.
- Participate in discovery, concepting, and iterative delivery beyond implementation.
- Own testing, debugging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production quality.
- Contribute to backend, API, or cloud infrastructure work when useful to the project.
Requirements
- Strong experience in native iOS development using Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Strong experience in native Android development using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Ownership of the full development cycle, including ensuring features are defect-free and shipped to users.
- Experience with production app monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders on challenging and ambiguous problems.
- Fluent verbal and written English.
- Several years of professional experience are typically needed to develop the required depth across both mobile ecosystems.
- Nice-to-have: experience with SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, reactive programming, Flutter, beta distribution and publishing through the App Store and Google Play, backend development, APIs, databases, or cloud infrastructure.
- Nice-to-have: interest in polished animations and collaboration with Motion Designers.
- Finnish language skills are a nice-to-have.
