Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery of prospects’ cloud environments, FinOps maturity, cost challenges, and operational goals.
- Lead technical validation and Proof of Value exercises, including preparation, execution, and outcome management.
- Deliver tailored DoiT Cloud Intelligence demonstrations in Thai and English.
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for engineering, finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with AWS field teams and local partners on co-sell motions, partner-sourced pipeline, and MAP, WAFR, and GenAI accelerator engagements.
- Design and help implement improvements in cloud cost efficiency, resilience, security posture, and operational automation.
- Build DCI analytics and cost allocation views, write Composer queries, create CloudFlow automations, and integrate DCI into observability, governance, and CI/CD workflows.
- Support technical engagements for MSPs, private equity firms, and systems integrators across multicloud environments.
- Own the technical win through evaluation, technical requirement resolution, and customer confidence building.
- Create reusable playbooks, Terraform modules, automations, architecture diagrams, internal tooling, webinars, workshops, and Thai-language enablement content.
- Present DoiT and DCI at local and regional events, AWS events, webinars, and industry conferences.
- Provide structured customer and partner feedback to Product and Engineering and maintain accurate internal business documentation.
Requirements
- Native-level Thai fluency in speech and writing and professional working proficiency in English.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and operating AWS production workloads, with the ability to reason across compute, storage, networking, IAM, and observability.
- Customer-facing experience in Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, Field Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering for enterprise or mid-market accounts.
- Depth in at least one of cloud infrastructure, data and analytics, or ML/GenAI.
- Practical FinOps and cloud cost management judgment, including cost, performance, and reliability tradeoffs.
- Observability experience covering monitoring, logging, alerting, and tools such as Datadog, New Relic, ServiceNow, or cloud-native equivalents.
- Coding or scripting ability and hands-on Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and CI/CD tooling.
- Strong data analysis skills, including working with large datasets and spreadsheets to identify trends, outliers, correlations, and reconciliation needs.
- Ability to explain complex technology clearly and present to executive-level prospects and customers.
- Experience working in metric-driven account-team environments across functions and time zones.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, and continuous-improvement skills.
- GCP or Azure experience is a plus.
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Advanced Networking, Machine Learning, or FinOps Certified Practitioner certifications are a plus.
- Experience with AWS partner programs, AWS Partners, MSPs, SIs, FinOps, SRE, platform engineering, cloud cost management platforms, DCI, VMware, technical selling processes, open source, public speaking, community leadership, or enablement is a plus.
