Responsibilities
- Create and maintain moderate to highly complex applications, data infrastructure, reporting solutions, and workflows.
- Perform requirements definition, solution design, application development, system testing, debugging, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, and problem resolution.
- Develop front-end and back-end solutions for eDiscovery applications using relevant web, server-side, and database technologies.
- Analyze end-user data needs and develop user-oriented solutions that interface with existing applications.
- Develop functional unit tests and support testing automation.
- Maintain documentation, participate in system and platform upgrades, and provide end-user training or business functionality support.
- Collaborate with internal business teams, contribute to team planning and growth strategy, and provide backup support as needed.
- Ensure execution of applicable InfoSec compliance matters within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field, or comparable business/technical experience.
- At least 3–5 years of application development experience involving programming, data management, collection, modeling, and interpretation across complex data sets.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, React, Angular, jQuery, and LESS.
- Knowledge of server-side programming languages such as .NET, Java, Ruby, or Python.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redis, relational databases, NoSQL databases, and caching mechanisms.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Understanding of software development life cycles, testing strategies, enterprise integration patterns, service-oriented architecture, and microservices.
- Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure, distributed systems, version control systems, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes; experience with stream processing, event-driven architecture, messaging protocols, and data engineering is preferred.
- Ability to learn new engineering tools and work independently or as part of a broader team.
