Responsibilities
- Build the Intelligence layer at Sierra.
- Analyze millions of agent interactions to generate insights.
- Design systems for analyzing and exploring large-scale conversational data.
- Enable evaluation and experimentation for measuring agent quality.
- Develop learning systems for retrieval, ranking, and personalization.
Requirements
- Passion for AI products and technology.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals.
- Experience with data systems, analytics, or machine learning-driven products.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production systems or data products.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
