Responsibilities
- Build systems for standardized recommendation-strategy definition, evaluation, optimization, and retirement of ineffective strategies.
- Develop adaptive parameter tuning and fault-diagnosis solutions for recommendation systems and their underlying components.
- Optimize the cost and efficiency of model training and generative recommendation technologies.
- Process massive heterogeneous cross-domain data while improving data quality, privacy, security, and compliance.
- Develop high-performance storage engines, schema-evolution mechanisms, real-time data-writing systems, and data-model analysis tools.
- Build automated training-data processing pipelines and multimodal heterogeneous-computing frameworks.
- Improve large-scale recommendation-model computing efficiency through architecture and algorithm co-design.
- Establish a Python-centered developer ecosystem for recommendation data processing and model training.
Requirements
- Completing or recently completed PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong programming ability and command of data structures and fundamental algorithms.
- Proficiency in C/C++ for traditional coding roles or Python for intelligent coding roles.
- Research results or practical experience in natural language processing, computer vision, data modeling, algorithm optimization, or related fields are preferred.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with algorithm engineers, data analysts, and product managers.
