Responsibilities
- Develop and improve backend systems through greenfield development and enhancements to existing platforms.
- Build APIs and microservices supporting card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing systems using Java, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to deliver maintainable business logic and complex products.
Requirements
- Demonstrated backend development experience and fluency in Java.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another engineering or science discipline.
- Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups.
- Strong communication skills, including fluent written and verbal English, and an ambitious, results-driven approach.
