Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Apply IFS Solutions Functional Management expertise to translate business requirements into software solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and help manage team execution.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in custom software environments.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IFS Solutions Functional Management.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong analytical skills for understanding complex business requirements.
- Experience with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
