Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to tackle complex software challenges.
- Assist in creating models and strategies for market making.
- Write simple and extendable code following best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and team planning.
- Track and mitigate security risks in a timely manner.
- Propose solutions to improve software and processes.
- Train new team members on software construction and operation.
- Mentor and develop other team members.
- Implement and maintain risk controls and guardrails.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and monitor key metrics.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience or 5+ years with a MS in a related field.
- Experience in frontend development with technologies like Kotlin, Swift, or React.
- Understanding of modern architectures and design patterns.
- Expertise in testing concepts and integrating best practices in the SDLC.
- Strong sense of ownership and urgency.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
