Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their compliance workflows and challenges.
- Design and deploy custom integrations and configurations for clients.
- Translate customer pain points into technical solutions, including new API endpoints.
- Provide real-time debugging and troubleshooting for production issues.
- Document and create internal tools to streamline future deployments.
Requirements
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing interactions and translating technical requirements.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
