Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, adoption, and optimization of Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Provide consultative technical guidance across multiple Microsoft solution areas and interconnected deployment scenarios.
- Identify and remove deployment blockers, mitigate risks, and accelerate customer time-to-value.
- Partner with FastTrack Architects, Customer Success teams, Engineering, Product Groups, and Partners.
- Connect identity, security, compliance, endpoint, productivity, and agent-based solutions into cohesive secure AI deployment strategies.
- Share delivery practices, improve playbooks, create reusable guidance, and drive operational excellence.
- Bring customer and field feedback into engineering and product improvement discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, plus relevant technical consulting, IT administration, support, project management, customer success management, or customer-facing IT experience, or equivalent experience.
- Experience helping customers deploy, adopt, or optimize Microsoft cloud technologies and achieve measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders and virtual teams.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer business value.
- Interest in building expertise across Microsoft 365, Security, Endpoint Management, Copilot, Agents, Identity, Data Security, and related technologies.
- Experience with cloud, infrastructure, or Microsoft platform technologies is preferred.
- Project management, relationship management, customer success, and IT-related customer-facing experience are preferred.
- Additional spoken language such as Italian, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, or Arabic is advantageous but not required.
Benefits
- The role is based in Romania and offers a typical base pay range of lei 199,400.00 to lei 347,800.00 per year.
