Responsibilities
- Own technical design and platform architecture across ServiceNow, Blue Prism RPA, BOT orchestration, APIs, and Sisense.
- Define and govern data models, workflow logic, integration contracts, automation architecture, reporting designs, and technical documentation.
- Own integration architecture, API specifications, cross-platform data flows, failure handling, and BOT-to-platform integration.
- Define and enforce coding, naming, error handling, logging, security, configuration management, and environment promotion standards.
- Conduct technical design reviews, manage technical debt, review delivery outputs, and track remediation of findings.
- Own hybrid infrastructure technical design across Accenture-managed and client-hosted environments, including DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD readiness.
- Provide technical direction to delivery teams and support test design, defect root-cause analysis, technical risk assessment, and go-live readiness.
- Engage client architects, infrastructure and security teams, vendors, and offshore delivery teams on technical decisions and dependencies.
Requirements
- 12+ years of technology delivery experience grounded in systems-integration programs and heterogeneous platform landscapes.
- Hands-on technical depth across at least three of ServiceNow, Blue Prism RPA, REST/SOAP API design and governance, and Sisense or an equivalent BI platform.
- Proven integration architecture experience defining API contracts, managing cross-platform data flows, and governing integrations across infrastructure boundaries.
- Experience working beneath an Enterprise Architect within an established architectural framework.
- Strong technical governance experience covering design reviews, standards enforcement, environment management, and configuration control.
- Onsite availability for embedded client-side work is required.
- ServiceNow certification such as CIS or CAD is a strong advantage.
- Blue Prism Developer or Architect certification is a strong advantage.
- Experience governing hybrid infrastructure technical design, Sisense data architecture, or banking and financial-services systems-integration programs is advantageous.
