Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft cloud solutions for AI and data security readiness.
- Provide consultative technical guidance across multiple Microsoft solution areas and interconnected workload dependencies.
- Identify and remove deployment blockers, mitigate risks, and accelerate customer time-to-value.
- Partner with FastTrack Architects, Customer Success teams, Engineering, Product Groups, partners, and field teams.
- Connect identity, security, compliance, endpoint, productivity, and agent-based solutions into cohesive deployment strategies.
- Share practices, improve playbooks, create reusable guidance, and drive operational excellence.
- Bring customer and field feedback into engineering and product improvement discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, plus relevant technical consulting, IT administration, support, project management, customer success, or customer-facing IT experience, or equivalent experience.
- At least one additional language: Italian, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, or Arabic.
- Experience deploying, adopting, or optimizing Microsoft cloud technologies and achieving measurable business outcomes.
- Depth of specialization at level 400 in either Security or Copilot workloads.
- Experience with cloud, infrastructure, and the Microsoft platform is preferred.
- Project management, relationship management, customer success, and IT-related customer-facing experience are preferred.
- Ability to collaborate across stakeholders, communicate technical concepts as business value, and continuously learn across Microsoft technologies.
