Responsibilities
- Model Convex product usage to identify serious deployments and surface intent signals when teams cross meaningful thresholds.
- Route product and market signals automatically to appropriate outbound plays or human team members.
- Build useful agent-and-human-in-the-loop outbound systems that avoid generic or spammy communication.
- Build AI agents and internal tools that increase the commercial team’s output.
- Audit the existing go-to-market stack, define the backlog, choose between point-and-click tools and custom software, and clean up data.
- Write and ship go-to-market code on Convex itself.
- Measure results and expand the commercial plays that work best.
Requirements
- A few years of experience building revenue and automation systems through Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, growth engineering, or software engineering with a commercial focus.
- Technical ability to build and connect systems using APIs, data, SQL, a scripting language, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with a modern go-to-market technology stack.
- Practical experience using AI in real work, including understanding model limitations and reliability.
- Systems-thinking ability to design for scale, API failures, duplicate work, and operational reliability.
- Bonus experience with technical or developer-led sales motions or curiosity about Convex.
- Interest in working in person at Convex’s San Francisco office.
