Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales to diagnose customer challenges across KYC, fraud prevention, account opening, and authentication workflows.
- Design identity-verification user experiences and support API and SDK integrations across web and mobile applications.
- Lead the technical aspects of customer trials and proofs of concept, including success criteria and validation strategies.
- Support RFP and RFI processes with technical expertise and industry knowledge.
- Build demos, tailored presentations, and example integrations for customer use cases.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Onboarding, Sales, and global teams to share customer insights and drive adoption of new capabilities.
- Represent Entrust at industry events, conferences, and webinars.
- Contribute to global Solutions Engineering best practices across the APAC region.
Requirements
- Experience in presales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Product Management with strong customer engagement.
- Proven ability to lead value-based customer conversations using structured sales methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, or Swift.
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns, with the ability to guide developers through API and SDK integrations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Background in SaaS or cloud-based environments.
- Fluency in English and Malay.
- Familiarity with identity verification, CIAM, IAM, or fraud-prevention technologies is desirable.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, payments, or cybersecurity is desirable.
- Knowledge of security principles and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, eIDAS 2.0, and AML/KYC is desirable.
- Experience working across multiple countries and diverse markets is desirable.
