Responsibilities
- Develop backend services, APIs, data integrations, and ETL processes using Palantir Foundry, Python, Spark, TypeScript, and SQL.
- Design and build web applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Use AWS and Azure services to deliver performant, reliable, and scalable backend and platform services.
- Support end-to-end quality, deployment, testing, monitoring, and incident management for services.
- Identify issues within Palantir Foundry, analyze inefficient processes, and recommend optimizations.
- Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional partners to resolve challenges and keep projects on track.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for users of the tools.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Strong experience with Palantir Foundry and its Ontology, Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Workshop, Quiver, and Contour capabilities.
- Strong Python, Spark, TypeScript, and SQL skills, including experience building scalable and secure backend services.
- Extensive React.js experience building interactive and responsive user interfaces.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and the Kubernetes ecosystem.
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web and API security.
- Familiarity with microservices, serverless, and event-driven architectural patterns.
- Experience improving developer experience, automating deployment workflows, monitoring systems, and managing incidents.
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure services and scalable cloud architecture.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
