Responsibilities
- Identify business process AI opportunities within the organization.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to evaluate existing workflows.
- Redesign workflows using an AI-first approach to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Design and develop AI-powered systems and workflows end-to-end.
- Drive adoption of AI-driven solutions across teams.
- Explore and evaluate different AI models, tools, and workflows.
- Ensure AI systems are reliable, secure, and production-ready.
Requirements
- 5–9 years of experience in workflow automation across departments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling AI systems in production.
- Strong ability to connect AI capabilities to business outcomes.
- Experience driving cross-functional transformation at scale.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI tools in real-world applications.
