Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain end-to-end test frameworks and core debugging tools.
- Own the technical strategy for developer velocity, including scalable test infrastructure and automation frameworks.
- Facilitate alignment across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
- Participate in developing and integrating AI-powered tools for validation, automation, and debugging.
- Influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience with Android application development.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Preferred: 3 years of experience in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects.
- Preferred: foundational understanding of software development principles, including testing and debugging.
- Preferred: interest in or exposure to AI and machine learning concepts and their application.
- Preferred: collaboration skills and willingness to work with executive engineers and partner teams.
