Base Salary

$207k - $233k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design and build scalable front-end features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Drive member growth initiatives through A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Own and improve member-facing flows such as registration and onboarding.
  • Identify and resolve technical debt to enhance front-end architecture.
  • Collaborate with product, design, data, and backend teams to ship impactful features.
  • Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions and code reviews.
  • Advocate for engineering excellence in testing, observability, and documentation.
  • Manage technical delivery for complex front-end projects.
  • Champion improvements in developer experience and front-end tooling.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for system reliability.
  • Mentor and support the growth of other engineers.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Proven ability to lead complex front-end projects from design to production.
  • Experience with growth frameworks like A/B testing and feature flags.
  • Strong track record of improving system reliability and performance.
  • Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
  • Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Sentry.
  • Strong understanding of web performance fundamentals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
