Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable front-end features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Drive member growth initiatives through A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Own and improve member-facing flows such as registration and onboarding.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to enhance front-end architecture.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, and backend teams to ship impactful features.
- Provide technical leadership in architectural discussions and code reviews.
- Advocate for engineering excellence in testing, observability, and documentation.
- Manage technical delivery for complex front-end projects.
- Champion improvements in developer experience and front-end tooling.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for system reliability.
- Mentor and support the growth of other engineers.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Proven ability to lead complex front-end projects from design to production.
- Experience with growth frameworks like A/B testing and feature flags.
- Strong track record of improving system reliability and performance.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog or Sentry.
- Strong understanding of web performance fundamentals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
