Base Salary

Responsibilities

Design and build simulation environments that model CTV auction mechanics.
Develop counterfactual frameworks for evaluating bidding strategies and budget allocation.
Build AI agents to explore strategy spaces and automate experimentation.
Utilize LLMs and generative AI for synthetic data generation and rapid prototyping.
Validate new bidding and optimization strategies using simulations.
Define technical direction for simulation and AI infrastructure and mentor team members.

Strong production Python skills and experience in building simulation systems.
Deep understanding of probabilistic modeling and stochastic processes.
Hands-on experience with modern AI tools and good judgment in their application.
Adtech experience with knowledge of auction theory and programmatic advertising.
Ability to translate business questions into rigorous simulation frameworks.
Clear written communication skills for defining technical directions.
Ownership of projects from scoping to shipping with minimal direction.
