Base Salary
$224k - $268k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end mobile systems from architecture through launch.
- Apply knowledge of crypto products, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ship maintainable, production-quality code with documentation and test coverage.
- Break complex engineering projects into executable tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify stakeholders, align partners, and influence project decisions using data-driven insights.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and optimize engineering workflows.
- Serve as a mobile engineering subject matter expert and advise on domain-level projects.
- Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code on iOS and/or Android.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.
- Experience integrating AI tools to improve development efficiency and code quality.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and emerging AI technologies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data is preferred.
- Open source contributions or participation in developer communities is preferred.
- Experience with responsible and ethical AI practices, such as risk assessment and bias mitigation, is preferred.
