Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end mobile systems across iOS and Android.
- Apply knowledge of crypto products and blockchain technologies.
- Ship production-quality code with emphasis on maintainability.
- Break down complex projects into executable tasks.
- Identify stakeholders and align partners toward project completion.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Apply AI coding tools to improve development workflows.
- Serve as a subject matter expert within the mobile engineering team.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and share project updates.
- Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.
- Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows.
- Ongoing AI skill development in prompt engineering and orchestration.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
