Base Salary
$134k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end mobile systems across iOS and Android from architecture through launch.
- Apply knowledge of crypto products, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ship maintainable production-quality code with documentation and test coverage.
- Break complex engineering projects into executable tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Identify stakeholders, align partners, and communicate project updates using data-driven insights.
- Conduct code reviews and respond promptly to feedback on personal code.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve engineering workflows.
- Serve as a mobile engineering subject matter expert and advise on domain-level projects.
- Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code on iOS and/or Android.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and code quality.
- Ongoing development of AI skills, including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data is preferred.
- Open source or shared repository contributions and active developer community participation are preferred.
- Experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments and responsible, ethical AI practices is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
