$134k - $201k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build end-to-end mobile systems across iOS and Android from architecture through launch.
- Apply knowledge of crypto products, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics to deliver scalable solutions.
- Ship maintainable production-quality code with documentation and test coverage.
- Break down complex projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and align stakeholders toward completion.
- Conduct code reviews, respond to feedback, and provide constructive technical guidance.
- Use AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve engineering workflows.
- Serve as a mobile engineering subject matter expert and consult on domain-level projects.
- Share project updates and influence decisions through data-driven insights.
- Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or an equivalent degree or experience.
- Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code on iOS and/or Android.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native.
- Experience working in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.
- Experience integrating AI tools to improve development workflows, code quality, or measurable efficiency.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and emerging AI technologies.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data is preferred.
- Open source or shared repository contributions are preferred.
- Active participation in developer communities such as blogs, GitHub, or Stack Overflow is preferred.
- Experience in collaborative, fast-paced environments and responsible, ethical AI practices is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
