Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop a high-performance native Android application using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
- Implement real-time speech, audio, and video streaming for multimodal AI interactions.
- Build efficient interfaces to backend AI services and optimize latency and responsiveness.
- Own the mobile lifecycle from development through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Collaborate with designers to create intuitive interfaces for advanced AI capabilities.
- Apply Android development best practices for testing, code quality, and accessibility.
- Optimize UI rendering, network calls, background processing, memory usage, and power consumption.
Requirements
- Require 5+ years of professional Android development experience.
- Require expert-level proficiency in Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and the Android SDK.
- Require understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and dependency injection.
- Require experience with real-time features such as streaming, WebSockets, or live audio/video.
- Require a track record of shipping polished applications to the Play Store.
- Require deep knowledge of Android performance optimization, memory management, and battery efficiency.
- Require comfort working across the stack and interfacing with backend services.
- Require strong communication and collaboration skills.
