Base Salary
$175k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and architect solutions to solve complex customer problems using Extend.
- Act as the primary technical interface for customers evaluating and running POCs.
- Inspire confidence with technical champions by answering deep technical questions.
- Uncover and address technical requirements before they become blockers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly for customers.
- Give compelling product demos that simplify complex technical concepts.
- Run and manage POCs from planning through execution.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to progress deals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineering or Solutions Engineering role.
- Proven track record selling technical products to developers and decision makers.
- Strong technical foundation to discuss architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong listening abilities.
- Resilience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Intellectual honesty and strong presentation skills.
