Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with and manage team members, contributing to team performance and decisions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide solutions to problems within and across teams.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Continuously assess and improve application performance and user experience.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Java full-stack development.
- Strong understanding of Spring and Hibernate.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with MySQL or Oracle database management systems.
- Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
