Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement clean, documented, well-tested backend services.
- Break down complex product requirements into maintainable technical solutions.
- Apply system design and architecture expertise while evaluating implementation tradeoffs.
- Prioritize error handling, logging, edge cases, long-term viability, and performance.
- Provide technical guidance, suggestions, and code reviews for teammates.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience with backend technologies.
- Experience with Node.js, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
- Exposure to ReactJS and NestJS.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, domain-driven design, and microservice architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
- Strong system design and architectural communication skills.
