Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models for financial compliance validation.
- Develop AI-assisted translation engines for legacy financial artifacts.
- Build semantic retrieval and embedding pipelines for compliance workflows.
- Integrate large language models into secure production environments.
- Develop model evaluation frameworks to enhance performance and explainability.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, DevSecOps, Full Stack Engineers, and Financial SMEs.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of AI/ML engineering experience.
- Experience in DoD or regulated federal environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
- Familiarity with embedding models and semantic search architectures.
- Experience in prompt engineering and model evaluation frameworks.
- Understanding of model governance and explainability in compliance contexts.
- Experience integrating AI models into secure, containerized environments.
