Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end enterprise copilot solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Design scalable AI architectures with Azure AI Foundry for model management, evaluation, orchestration, and grounding.
- Define conversational, integration, data, orchestration, and reusability architectures.
- Establish enterprise standards for prompts, topics, plugins, connectors, actions, governance, DLP, access controls, and lifecycle management.
- Lead integrations with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Power Automate, Azure services, APIs, connectors, and external enterprise systems.
- Design authentication, authorization, security, privacy, compliance, monitoring, logging, telemetry, and AI evaluation strategies.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to identify AI use cases and adoption roadmaps.
- Lead discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Oversee build, testing, deployment, performance tuning, prompt refinement, grounding, and post-production optimization.
- Support enterprise change management and rollout strategies while mentoring client and internal delivery teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solution, platform, or enterprise architecture roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry, including model selection, evaluation, orchestration, and grounding.
- Deep expertise in Power Platform architecture and governance.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering at enterprise scale.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs and connectors.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, identity, and security concepts.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with OpenAI models or APIs, including GPT-based solutions, is valued.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI Service, enterprise chatbot or AI platform implementations, responsible AI, model evaluation, and risk mitigation frameworks is valued.
- Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect, Azure Architect, or AI Engineer are valued.
- Consulting, systems integrator, or professional services experience is valued.
