Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions for complex business workflows.
- Own backend components and subsystems across design, coding, testing, integration, deployment, and enhancements.
- Write high-quality code and enforce code quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks using debugging and optimization techniques.
- Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical role model.
- Collaborate with management, product, QA, and UI/UX teams.
- Deliver high-quality work on schedule in a fast-paced startup environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong Java and object-oriented development skills.
- Experience building and scaling microservices and backend systems for large enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of relational database management systems and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, ELK Stack, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
- Experience with large-scale cloud technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance-optimization skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, communication, collaboration, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
