Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Use modern frameworks and development practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to business needs.
- Design and implement robust software components using deep technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multiple teams to align and integrate software solutions.
- Analyze complex problems and develop approaches to improve system performance and reliability.
- Contribute to technical decisions, team effectiveness, development-process refinement, and best practices.
- Share expertise and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of work experience.
- Master proficiency in Core Java.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to work 60% onsite, or 3 days per week, at client locations in the Charlotte, NC or New Jersey area.
- Preferred expert proficiency in custom application development, software design and solutions, and software engineering.
