Base Salary
$154k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build reliable AI platform services, developer tools, deployment patterns, and self-service capabilities.
- Develop reusable platform infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code using AWS and related tooling.
- Embed security, observability, reliability, cost awareness, automation, and secure delivery into AI systems.
- Partner with product engineering, data, security, and platform teams to create shared solutions.
- Establish technical standards, documentation, and design practices for responsible AI development.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Ability to independently deliver complex software or infrastructure work with high quality.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform.
- Strong DevOps practices, including automation, observability, incident response, and secure delivery.
- Familiarity with AI and LLM application patterns and responsible technology judgment.
- Ability to work across systems within a domain with clear communication and effective collaboration.
