Responsibilities
- Build and own CI/CD pipelines for the new product line using Azure DevOps and related tools.
- Manage Azure App Services, Azure PostgreSQL Server, and related Azure resources using Pulumi infrastructure as code.
- Design and refine secure, fast, and reliable deployment workflows.
- Establish application and database monitoring and alerting, using metrics and telemetry to identify performance issues.
- Create scripts, templates, and tools that reduce manual work and improve developer experience.
- Partner with engineering and cross-functional teams on deployment, monitoring, infrastructure, documentation, and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience managing Azure environments, including VMs hosting Node.js, Azure PostgreSQL, Front Door, and related monitoring tools.
- Proven expertise building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps.
- Experience creating and refining Node applications and tools with a focus on performance and maintainability.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code and scripting; direct Pulumi experience is a bonus.
- Ability to analyze system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement lasting improvements.
- Experience with observability platforms such as Sentry, New Relic, or Datadog.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
