Responsibilities
- Design and build AI solutions focused on LLMs and modern ML for business problems.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI features including problem definition and deployment.
- Develop and optimize LLM-based applications such as chatbots and document understanding.
- Participate in the design and management of data pipelines for efficient data handling.
- Develop and deploy AI solutions into the company’s cloud infrastructure.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
- Identify areas where AI can add measurable value to business processes.
- Educate and guide stakeholders on AI applications to foster innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a Software Development role, with at least 2 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Practical experience with LLMs and generative AI techniques.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures and evaluation for LLM-based systems.
- Background in building and managing data pipelines for AI/ML systems.
- Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with FastAPI.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in database management and data wrangling.
- Solid foundation in algorithm design, statistics, and data science.
- Previous experience promoting technology adoption in a corporate setting.
