Responsibilities
- Build and scale high-performance cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, WebFlux, Kafka, and NoSQL technologies.
- Design AI agents that automate coding, DTO mapping, script maintenance, and other repetitive development tasks.
- Use LLMs with JUnit and Mockito to generate edge-case test scenarios and test data while maintaining full unit-test coverage.
- Evaluate technical solutions and assess Agentic AI workflows for long-term maintainability.
- Research and develop proof of concepts using LangChain and Semantic Kernel for natural-language inventory and order-data queries.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, technical design, peer code reviews, performance optimization, and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE design and development with strong Spring Cloud and microservices experience.
- Practical experience with AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools.
- Understanding of autonomous agents for routine coding and development tasks.
- Proficiency in React development and strong SQL experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL.
- Experience with NoSQL databases including Cassandra.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, software engineering best practices, code quality, and static analysis tools such as SonarQube and Checkstyle.
- Experience driving automation initiatives and strong communication skills.
