Responsibilities
- Design and build solutions for complex business workflows.
- Understand user personas to deliver a slick experience.
- Take end-to-end ownership of components from design to deployment.
- Write high-quality code and take responsibility for tasks.
- Solve performance bottlenecks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in computer science or relevant fields.
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent Java and object-oriented development skills.
- Experience in building and scaling microservices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting.
- Role model for young engineers with a strong sense of code quality.
- Strong knowledge in RDBMS and NoSQL technologies.
- Experience in developing backend for enterprise systems.
- Excellent understanding of debugging performance and optimization techniques.
- Experience with Java, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, ELK stack, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
- Experience in developing large-scale applications in cloud technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills.
