Base Salary
$197k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end AI agents for pricing intelligence and booking compliance.
- Create tooling and secure AI infrastructure for internal logistics data exposure.
- Navigate evolving agent patterns and prompt engineering to solve complex problems.
- Rapidly build and launch products, shipping to production multiple times daily.
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to define the technical roadmap.
Requirements
- Experience with agent patterns, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration and building reliable systems around non-deterministic AI.
- Proven ability to identify and design AI-driven solutions for automation problems.
- Track record of building data-heavy applications with a focus on user interaction.
- Experience leading technical initiatives across multiple teams or systems.
- Strong coding skills with a focus on simplicity and testability in large-scale distributed systems.
- Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders.
