Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of security agent capabilities for runtime threat detection.
- Design and build eBPF-based monitoring functionality for Linux environments.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of new features from strategy to rollout.
- Establish testing methodologies to improve platform coverage and performance.
- Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams on shared capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor peers in complex challenges.
Requirements
- Significant experience building software in Linux environments.
- Hands-on experience with eBPF and kernel-level instrumentation.
- Experience with performance-sensitive systems and production software.
- Ability to build and maintain software across diverse Linux distributions.
- Product-minded with a focus on customer impact and usability.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and effective communication skills.
