Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Manage application configuration, system integrations, and release activities.
- Establish and enforce platform standards for stability, reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- Proficiency in SAP for Retail is required.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable solutions in packaged or cloud-based environments.
- Strong understanding of system integration techniques and release management processes.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards that support system reliability and performance.
- Experience collaborating with diverse teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Specialty Retail and Project Management Office Mobilization and Run experience are preferred.
