Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and solution design for complex enterprise Salesforce transformation programs.
- Analyze business challenges and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, roadmaps, and architecture recommendations.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across Salesforce architecture, integrations, security, governance, scalability, and enterprise design.
- Drive architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Industries, OmniStudio, platform customizations, and integrations.
- Establish Salesforce practice standards, reusable assets, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices in India.
- Mentor architects, developers, and consultants while building internal talent and capability.
- Support leadership, sales, and delivery teams with pre-sales, proposals, solutioning, staffing strategy, and growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM, enterprise applications, or digital transformation programs.
- Experience as a Salesforce Architect, Principal Architect, or Senior Solution Architect in a consulting or services-led environment.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, enterprise solution design, integrations, platform governance, security, and large-scale implementations.
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform development.
- Experience leading complex transformation initiatives while remaining hands-on in architecture and execution.
- Experience building teams, mentoring talent, and enabling practice growth in an offshore delivery model.
- Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder engagement, delivery model, estimation, pre-sales, and solution-shaping skills.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, OmniStudio Developer or Consultant, Platform Developer II, and Industry Cloud Accredited Certification.
- Industry experience in communications, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, banking and financial services, retail, or high tech is advantageous.
