Technical Architect
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, including opportunities to embed Agentforce capabilities.
- Design and integrate predictive and generative AI solutions while optimizing performance, resource consumption, and platform limits.
- Lead technical design sessions, document architectures, identify gaps between current and target states, and review architectural assumptions.
- Provide technical oversight and governance for Salesforce projects, including coding standards, code reviews, and design-pattern compliance.
- Manage technical delivery for custom development, integrations, and data migration.
- Develop AI performance and business-value evaluation frameworks with customers.
- Debug project issues, interpret system logs, and isolate performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in discovery sessions, technical deep dives, and proof-of-concept development for prospects when needed.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams and travel to client sites for projects.
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent proven experience is required.
- 9–14 years of CRM experience, including a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Agentforce architecture.
- Experience designing scalable, performance-driven systems and understanding architecture, design patterns, large data volumes, data sharing, and visibility considerations.
- Familiarity with SAML, SSO, OAuth, TLS, and SSL security patterns and capabilities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with business systems using ETL, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, and REST-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
- Practical fluency with AI coding assistants and modern development ecosystems such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude.
- Experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying current-to-target-state gaps, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Strong background in designing and developing large web-based systems or exposure to the full software product lifecycle.
- Active Salesforce certifications or the ability to obtain relevant certifications after hire.
