Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in ValGenesis products and their pharmaceutical-industry applications.
- Plan and execute computer system verification activities.
- Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and product managers in development teams.
- Create test plans, test cases/scripts, bug reports, and quality and risk assessments.
- Map software data flows to design robust testing approaches.
- Conduct QA tests and verify outcomes within schedules and timelines.
- Lead or guide junior test engineers.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in functional flow testing across all test phases of enterprise software.
- Prior biopharma industry experience or knowledge, including pharmaceutical regulation, quality, risk, and process validation.
- Experience using or testing pharma validation or quality software systems is preferred.
- Experience leading or guiding junior test engineers.
- Experience with Jira, ADO, and at least one test management system.
- Proficiency in test strategy and test design.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle process.
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Robot or Selenium is preferred.
