Responsibilities
- 高可用性、コスト効率、セキュリティを備えたマルチクラウドKubernetesソリューションおよびクラウドサービスを設計・実装する。
- GoおよびPythonを用いてフルスタックソフトウェアとKubernetesコントローラーを開発する。
- 自動テストとヘルスチェックを作成し、重要なコンポーネントを検証する。
- Kustomize、Helm、Terraformなどを用いたモジュール型インフラデプロイメントパターンを設計する。
- 他分野のエンジニア、プロダクトマネージャー、技術リーダーと連携して要件定義と顧客価値の提供に貢献する。
- 本番環境の問題をトリアージ、トラブルシューティングし、解決策を実施する。
- Kubernetesおよびプラットフォームエンジニアリングのベストプラクティスとアーキテクチャパターンについて助言する。
Requirements
- KustomizeやHelmなどを用いた大規模Kubernetesクラウドプラットフォームの開発・保守経験があること。
- Istioなどのサービスメッシュを含むKubernetesインフラおよびセキュリティに関する高度な知識があること。
- TerraformやAnsibleを用いたInfrastructure as Code開発の経験があること。
- AWSやGCPなどのクラウドプロバイダー上で高可用性クラウドプラットフォームを開発した3年以上の経験があること。
- GoやPythonを用いたバックエンドソフトウェア開発経験が5年以上あること。
- GitHub ActionsやJenkinsを用いたCI/CDオートメーションワークフロー構築経験があること。
- クラウドセキュリティおよびネットワークのベストプラクティスに関する実務知識があること。
- 複雑な技術内容を幅広い関係者にわかりやすく説明できること。
- ビジネスレベルの英語力があること。
- フロントエンドWebアプリケーション、Argo、Flux CD、Kubernetesオープンソース、マルチテナント基盤、Azure、国際チーム、日本語に関する経験や能力は歓迎される。
