Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software solutions and application components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple critical business systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Analyze system performance and contribute to application performance tuning.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate team execution, support team decisions, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architecture.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- 15 years of full-time education.
