Responsibilities

  • Design, code, debug, test, document, and maintain scalable software components, integrations, middleware, and automation.
  • Architect and maintain Microsoft Graph integrations and custom middleware aligned with Microsoft 365 and Azure roadmaps.
  • Build production-grade ETL pipelines using PowerShell, PnP/Graph SDKs, and Azure Automation across SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Govern identity lifecycles in Microsoft Entra ID using OAuth/OIDC, least-privilege service-principal access, and automated data access governance.
  • Troubleshoot authentication, tokenization, API handshake, and distributed-system issues across Microsoft cloud environments.
  • Evaluate and standardize enterprise integrations and support the Enterprise Software & Integration Services review and approval process.
  • Develop end-to-end solutions using Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Azure AI with enterprise connectors or custom development.
  • Collaborate with product managers, technical program managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders on requirements, architecture, roadmaps, and delivery.
  • Support business stakeholders and development communities through technical guidance, research, training, onboarding, and community building.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, execute manual and automated tests, analyze results, and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of software engineering experience focused on Microsoft 365, Azure, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, admin consent, connectors, and cross-system integrations.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and automation.
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, and Teams.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, verbal communication, independent-work, and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, and security frameworks.
  • Preferred Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, Solution Architecture, or Endpoint Administration.
  • Preferred experience enabling citizen development, including training, onboarding, and community building.
  • Experience in media, entertainment, or streaming and familiarity with Disney technology platforms, data environments, and compliance standards are preferred.
