Responsibilities
- Anticipate the needs of the Solutions Engineering Team.
- Design, develop, and deliver technical presentations and white papers.
- Create and deliver training materials, product demonstrations, and workshops.
- Partner with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Experience teams.
- Become a subject matter expert on Grafana products to assist in technical meetings and workshops.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical experience in roles such as SRE, Developer, Architect, or presales Solution Architect.
- Deep understanding of at least two to three observability technologies like Grafana, Loki, or Prometheus.
- Experience planning and executing a corporate Observability strategy.
- Comfortable with at least one modern programming language.
- Familiarity with the modern software development lifecycle and debugging.
- Working knowledge of Linux and common tools.
- Ability to architect modern applications on cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience building and delivering technical content for technical audiences.
