Base Salary

$92k - $204k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test cases using established automation frameworks and testing standards.
  • Support test planning, including test data strategy, test environment planning, implementation timelines, and tool selection.
  • Troubleshoot automated test failures, manage defect tracking, and partner with development teams through issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, developers, and SDETs to validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in peer reviews, process improvements, and automation initiatives that improve testing efficiency and quality.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience developing and maintaining automated tests using Java-based automation frameworks.
  • Experience with Java, Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber, Gradle, Oracle, and Swagger.
  • Experience working in Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, defect management, and distributed systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred experience includes MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Coherence, Jira, financial services or financial markets, and coordinating or leading small-to-medium-sized technical projects.
