Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for field service, case management, self-service, and digital engagement.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Configure Salesforce workflows, approval processes, custom objects, fields, sharing rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP services, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control using Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure system stability, performance optimization, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including related modules and integrations.
- Up to 6 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
- Proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service, Case Management, Self-Service, and Digital Engagement.
- Experience developing with Apex triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Experience configuring Salesforce workflows, approval processes, custom objects, and fields.
- Experience with Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and middleware such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and using Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant credentials are desired.
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Platform Events, HTML5, CSS, JQuery, AngularJS, OAuth, SSO, JWT authentication, Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, Unlocked Packages, and Salesforce integration patterns is preferred.
