Responsibilities
- Run client integrations from kickoff and planning through sandbox testing, go-live, and post-launch support.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for client engineering teams and debug integration issues using API calls, logs, and request/response inspection.
- Guide developers through authentication flows, sandbox simulations, and feature-specific compliance requirements.
- Analyze recurring customer queries and convert them into documentation, product fixes, automation, or self-service capabilities.
- Build LLM-powered chatbots, support agents, RAG systems, and agentic workflows for triage, diagnosis, and issue resolution.
- Improve integration guides, FAQs, compliance materials, error messages, sandbox states, and self-diagnostic experiences.
- Extend the back-office portal and instrument the customer journey to identify integration stalls, errors, documentation problems, and support drivers.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Compliance, Backend, Frontend, Product, and Engineering to remove customer-facing friction.
Requirements
- Comfort running integration kickoff calls with client engineering teams while also reading logs, making API calls, and shipping code.
- Ability to understand a broad platform spanning APIs, sandbox functionality, back-office systems, and compliance touchpoints.
- Strong debugging, hypothesis testing, documentation, prioritization, and customer communication skills.
- Experience or strong eagerness to build with LLMs, prompt design, RAG over documentation, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted support tooling.
- Ability to manage multiple client integrations independently and create processes for a newly defined function.
- Frontend experience with React or a similar technology is a plus.
- Experience with LLM-powered support systems, chatbots, agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, or workflow automation is a plus.
- Exposure to fintech, banking, payments, or digital assets is a plus.
- Familiarity with Postman, REST APIs, webhooks, and log platforms is a plus.
