Responsibilities
- Develop, code, enhance, and support custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in software applications and critical business systems.
- Analyze system performance and use monitoring tools to help ensure reliable application operation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of support processes that improve service delivery.
- Document and communicate technical issues and resolutions to team members and stakeholders.
- Participate actively in team discussions and independently provide solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of overall professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect is required.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based communication systems and their integration is required.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in software applications is required.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and performance analysis is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
