Responsibilities
- Design and document integrations between client revenue cycle systems and Ensemble Health Partners data platforms.
- Perform system integration, data ingestion, transformation, profiling, validation, and maintenance of integrated systems.
- Analyze and consult on Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf integrations.
- Apply healthcare interoperability standards and frameworks, especially HL7-based interfaces.
- Coordinate integration activities across multiple concurrent projects.
- Perform workflow analysis, documentation, and optimization of back-end processes.
- Interact with multidisciplinary teams and support integration-platform best practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of related experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with Azure.
- Strong Epic Bridges experience, including coding or integrations, preferably for healthcare data integrations using HL7-based interfaces.
- Working knowledge of HL7 v2/v3, X12, FHIR, JSON, and other healthcare interoperability protocols and frameworks.
- Experience with data profiling, transformation, and validation.
- Expert working knowledge and experience with database management systems.
- Experience maintaining and optimizing back-end processes.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical, business analysis, communication, interpersonal, workflow analysis, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Preference for Unix, Linux, TCL, Java, .NET, Azure, and SQL expertise.
- Openness to innovation, including exploring AI-enabled process improvements.
